Social (Net)Work: Fake news spreads faster than truth, but bots aren’t to blame

A recent MIT study suggests that fake news spreads farther, faster and deeper than the real thing. But before you go pointing fingers, the study eliminated bots and influencers, suggesting instead that the root of the problem may be human nature.
