Back in May, I met a young CEO called Konstantinos Karatsevidis at the Computex Taipei trade show. His company, Eve-Tech, has an unusual pitch — why buy computers from massive companies like Dell or Lenovo if a lean, nimble startup can offer better value by cutting out inefficiencies?
